On October 24, 2020 Warden Construction Corporation will be celebrating its 20th Anniversary! It feels like yesterday as well as a Century ago at the same time. Greg and I would like to thank every Warden Family member for helping make Warden the success it is today. We love you all! Through the years, we have built solid relationships with our Contract Clients as well. Some of them have been with us since the beginning. Without the relationship we have with them, and their ability to partner with Warden, I do not believe we would have the success we have today so, Thank you to our Contract Clients/Partners!

Our 20th year has sure been one for the record books. Our Jacksonville Office is thriving. We were recently awarded an incredible hard bid opportunity and are eager to get started. In April we promoted Superintendent Josh Sprowles to Project Manager. It is always excited to promote from within. We welcomed Mike Schindler, Superintendent, back from Ohio in May and are thankful to have him back. Jackson Santora joined our office as our first official intern in early August. He is a Senior at the University of North Florida majoring in Construction Management. He has been a welcome addition.

In February of 2020 our longtime Senior Project Manager of the Austin, Texas Office, Sherri Snowdon, retired. We miss Sherri every day but, are happy that she is enjoying her “retirement.” We promoted Project Manager, Stacy Metzler, to Senior Project Manager and Danielle Salinas was promoted to Project Manager. Recently we were awarded a contract with the City of Austin. We look forward to their continued success.

Our offices in Oklahoma were recently awarded two hard bid jobs at the Oklahoma Air National Guard. This year we welcomed Terra Fairweather as a Quality Control Manager at our Tinker Air Force Base Office.
